Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Partner – Prestigious McLean Firm
Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 + Benefits

About the Role:
NNR Staffing is representing a premier professional services firm in McLean seeking a career-level Executive Assistant. This is a high-visibility role supporting a Senior Partner in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment.

 Professional & Technical Skill Requirements
  • Elite-Level Calendar Management: Mastery of complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones; ability to resolve conflicting priorities without executive intervention.
  • C-Suite Administrative Support: Minimum 5–7 years of experience supporting C-level or Managing Partner leadership in a professional services environment (Legal, Finance, Tech, or Consulting).
  • Advanced Digital Proficiency: Expert-level command of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite; experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Strategic Communications: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-level correspondence, board reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive.
  • Travel & Logistics Coordination: Experience managing intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa requirements and ground transportation logistics.
  •  ​​​​​​​Experience in a legal, finance, or consulting firm.

  • Project Leadership: Experience leading or coordinating special projects, office relocations, or corporate events.
