NNR Group is seeking a polished, high-energy Front Desk Coordinator to join a premier client team in Manassas. This is a long-term contract role for a professional who views the front desk as the "heart" of the office. Core Responsibilities:
- First-Impressions Management: Serve as the primary brand ambassador, providing a welcoming, detail-oriented presence for all visitors, vendors, and executives.
- Concierge-Level Support: Address complex inquiries and provide tailored assistance to guests, ensuring a seamless entry and navigation of the facility.
- Switchboard Command: Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are screened, routed, and handled with zero errors.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee daily front-desk flow, including visitor logs, security procedures, and general reception area aesthetics.
- Administrative Partnership: Support internal teams with scheduling, appointment management, and light administrative projects during peak times.
- Internal Liaison: Communicate across departments to ensure "white-glove" service for internal stakeholders and external clients alike.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in high-end reception, front-desk coordination, or hospitality concierge services.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of multi-line switchboards and proficiency in modern scheduling/front-desk software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a "solutions-first" attitude.
- Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities, a high degree of organization, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
