The Opportunity:
NNR Group is seeking an expert HR Analyst for a mission-critical engagement in Bethesda. This high-visibility role is designed for a data-driven professional who can manage complex financial modeling within the HR function. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, directly impacting headcount forecasting, board-level reporting, and sophisticated compensation benchmarking for a premier financial services operation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Executive Reporting: Generate personnel dashboards and headcount tracking reports for high-level board meetings.
- Workforce Forecasting: Manage complex labor allocations and bonus accruals; lead budget adjustment projects and weighted salary modeling.
- System Integrity: Optimize and maintain internal databases (e.g., Orginio) and HRIS tools to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Compensation Strategy: Conduct benchmarking for competitive offer sheet preparation and manage quarterly profit-sharing forecasting.
- Compliance Audit: Oversee quarterly payroll audits and ensure all HR activities adhere to strict internal and regulatory standards.
- Data Insights: Analyze turnover and recruiting metrics to provide actionable insights for workforce optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of high-level HR experience, with a deep focus on Workforce Analytics, Compensation, or HRIS.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in HRMS reporting, budget management, and labor allocation modeling.
- Analytical Depth: Expert knowledge of compensation laws and financial forecasting practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a sophisticated, fast-paced corporate environment.
