Status: Contract | Contract-to-Permanent
Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including high-accuracy data entry, document preparation, and digital filing.
  • Communication Management: Act as a professional point of contact by managing inbound calls, monitoring team emails, and handling corporate correspondence.
  • Calendar Coordination: Schedule internal meetings and client appointments while maintaining accurate, up-to-date team calendars.
  • Database Integrity: Maintain accurate records within internal systems and update databases to ensure 100% data reliability.
  • Facility Coordination: Monitor office supply inventory, manage vendor deliveries, and assist with general office organization.
  • Project Assistance: Support management with the preparation of reports and presentations, as well as various ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven administrative or office support experience in a professional corporate setting.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with modern office software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining total confidentiality.
