The Opportunity:
NNR Group is seeking a high-caliber, Remote Medical Billing Specialist with eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience. This is a mission-critical role responsible for managing end-to-end billing cycles for a multi-specialty private practice environment. Core Responsibilities:
- eCW Cycle Management: Execute full-cycle billing and collections functions exclusively within the eClinicalWorks platform.
- Revenue Cycle Ownership: Manage claim submissions, payer follow-ups, payment resolutions, and patient collections for 3–4 multi-specialty providers.
- Quality Control & Auditing: Perform rigorous audits and quality control reviews of billing entries to ensure 100% coding accuracy and compliance.
- Specialized Billing: Support Concierge-model practices and handle courtesy Out-of-Network (OON) billing and reimbursements.
- A/R Optimization: Proactively follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims to aggressively reduce A/R backlogs.
- Professional Correspondence: Manage high-volume communication with insurance payers and patients via phone and email with a "white-glove" service approach.
Requirements:
- Software Mastery: Hands-on, expert-level experience with eClinicalWorks is a MUST.
- Experience: Proven background in medical billing within a private practice; specific experience in ENT (Otolaryngology), Cardiology, or Internal Medicine is highly preferred.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong ability to review ICD-10 and CPT coding and charge data for accuracy prior to submission.
- Concierge Expertise: Familiarity with out-of-network and concierge-style billing models.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to multitask across various billing systems and communication channels in a fully remote setting.
